Tyranny: "Gun Law Critic, James Kaleda, Targeted By NJ State Police – ARRESTED."

Mr Kaleda was detained and is currently being held in the Northampton County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania. And extradition hearing was held on Friday March 7th 2014, when extradition was waived. Mr Kaleda now awaits NJ Authorities to have him transferred to NJ before he can go before a NJ Judge to post bail. A process which the State apparently has up to ninety days to complete.

There is lots of precedence for this in history!

How much longer will it be before the "government stooges" and the local "storm troopers" give us our own "Kristallnacht" where gun stores and other businesses owned by gun proponents are raided and destroyed and buildings burnt. There are no limits to what the tyrants will do......until the rest of us draw a line in the sand.

What is being done here to Mr Kaleda is a disgraceful abuse of power, and Mr Kaleda's FIRST amendment rights.

Is there any end to it in sight?

"Is there any end to it in sight?"

Yes, several possible ends actually.

"I once felt all that kind of anger, which a man ought to feel, against the mean principles that are held by the Tories: a noted one, who kept a tavern at Amboy, was standing at his [[door], with as pretty a child in his hand, about eight or nine years old, as I ever saw, and after speaking his mind as freely as he thought was prudent, finished with this unfatherly expression, "Well! give me peace in my day."
Not a man lives on the continent but fully believes that a separation must some time or other finally take place, and a generous parent should have said, "If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace;" and this single reflection, well applied, is sufficient to awaken every man to duty." -- Thomas Paine

Like someone in a group playing with a ouija board, you can help to steer the pointer to the destination you want, or you can go along for the ride and live with the end that others pick for you.

That's all well and good, but why the hell did he take the dumb-ass route. Is this a follow-up to Mike's recent hobby of flying in the face of bad law designed to screw anyone it touches? He knew he was risking arrest.

Anyone engaging in this type of action needs to be ready for the evil stormtroopers to move against them.

That he was arrested should be no surprise.

Is Mike next?

You can't run or eventually you will run out of real estate. It's time to make a stand EVERYONE not just because it isn't happening in your state because you could be next. This is just the beginning and Connecticut is the test state. If rounds go down range in Connecticut you will see a tidal wave of shit hitting the fan in other states. We have to remain united with a common cause and that is freedom. Be awake, be wise and be prepared.

The New Jersey State Police claims that "he provided false information on a NJ Non Resident Firearms I.D. Card Application"?

When the NJSP gets him in custody, they will weigh him and measure his height in stockinged feet, then declare that he is actually shorter and heavier than he describes on his application. Guilty!
