Supreme Court Won’t Block Ban On High Capacity Magazines

A federal appeals court refused to intervene, and on Wednesday, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who handles emergency appeals from California and eight other Western states, denied a stay without comment.
So why do I have a right to own guns, or high capacity magazines? Because God says so. That settles it for me, whether the constitution recognizes it or not, whether a judge certifies it or not. You may not have my world view, and I’m okay with that. But every man must come to his own conclusions and ascertain the ultimate foundation for what he does and what he believes.
You live on the Serengeti desert in a Machiavellian world of eat or be eaten, with no concept of right and wrong, or you know whereof you act, and you know why what you do and what you believe is morally righteous. And If you were relying on a federal judge to warranty your rights, you’ve been disavowed of that mistaken belief as we speak. Is that clear enough?

SCOTUS is not our friend. This is demonstrated by the Heller - McDonald conflicts in an attempt to admit rights exist but retain government control over their exercise.

We must stop BEGGING our government like it is the arbiter of permissions and return to instructing it as it's master the way the founders intended.

The choice is simple.
Either we are ruled over by nine robed kings, unelected and unaccountable, or we are Freemen who's liberties overrule the attempts of evil men to usurp them.

Me? I'm a Freeman.... and a III percenter at that.

First off, they are not who they say they are. They are not a legitimate Article III Court since they outlawed federal common law. Bork warned us of them in his book the Temptation of America. They are unelected and unaccountable to boot. They also do not represent the Republic since it has been overthrown by Locke's Doctrine of Dissolution. They are imposters and operating under the color of law. The whole thing is a scam designed to fool the sheep into thinking they are legitimate. They do not have the authority to rule on anything. The Constitution was written in plain English so a 18 year old farm boy could understand it. We do not need anyone to "interpret" it and tell us what it means. Who the hell do they think they are? Drive on the the OBJ.
