Questions grow over gun range’s relationship with UN-supporting Armatix

Trust me on this. David Codrea has uncovered an important story on this Armatix business -- another gun-haters' secret scandal, actually -- and you should be following it.
In a related development, this column has been following up on what should be a larger concern for gun owners, and that is how the Armatix pistol made it on to California’s “safe handgun roster” without incorporating microstamping technology months after the state certified it was a requirement for all new semi-automatic handguns listed. The California Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms has so far not responded to this column's written inquiry, leading to the fair conclusion that they have no intention of doing so if not compelled. Anticipating that, Gun Rights Examiner has obtained summary testing documentation and arranged for legal assistance in creating a California Public Records Act Request, which will be shared in a later column when finalized.

Good luck blasting another one wide open. Looks like that's about to take place - again.

But I would like to take a second and point out the abject IDIOCY that is having to seek out legal council and guidance to enforce what is supposed to be a law for the average joe to gain information about his governments actions. That it takes legal help to formulate a simple request that compels IN AND OF ITSELF demonstrates the facade that is so called freedom of information.
Bovine excrement.

But let's not even attempt to fool ourselves - crony capitalism is all around us. Here in Illinois it's called pay to play and it's the norm amid the cesspool of corruption that elected the current batch of traitors.

Question though - does anyone think the vast majority are doing exactly the same things, just without getting caught?

So the big scoop is that Armatix was able to get on the CA roster after the microstamping requirement went into effect without having microstamping technology installed on their James Bond travesty. Are we really that surprised that Ms. Harris thinks that some animals are more equal than others?
