Connecticut Overreaches on Guns

Earlier in Israel’s history, in a similar time, with no other weapon at hand, Samson took up the jawbone of an ass and struck down a thousand Philistines. (Judges 15:15). The battle for freedom never ends. Today jawbones are in short supply. They are still firmly attached to the skulls of asses who wag them with threats to confiscate guns that were legally obtained and possessed in peace. I hope there will not be war in Connecticut. If it comes the blood will be on the hands of the governor and the legislature. If you believe in God, pray that Connecticut will not fall to bloodshed. Pray hard that Connecticut’s leaders will see the error of their way. But if tyranny persists, then pray that somehow God will raise up a Samson or a Jonathan from among us who has the courage, wisdom, and faith in God to deliver men to freedom.

PLEASE, dispense with the0 bible verses and founding father quotes. When dealing with tyranny, it's pointless.

They mean everything in this fight. They counter the myth that rights come FROM the government.

GReat forum.. I've Been looking for great patriots of this sort and ran across this awesome site. I don't feel alone anymore. ..

As far as the ct story and those Nazi politicians and brown shirts that want to enact their treasonous tyranny against the sovereign citizens of the republic. .. Well i say they can kiss my ass and lets see what happens when captain douche bag Jon Peterson kicks in the door of a true rebellion. . Score one for the good guys!

Bible verses and Founders Quotes are ESSENTIAL

Praise the Lord if you must - but pass the ammunition!

The country is infested with tyrannical vermin.

If they are not erradicated they will consume all that is good; then start in upon themselves; until every vestige has gone.

The forces of tyranny are massing and testing their strength.

Call the Muster on every village (and city) green. Those that do not come armed and ready identify themselves as pro-vermin and must also face erradication from the body politic.

The time for talking is near at end and house cleaning is the option fast approaching.

Who does not have their musket, 50 rounds, a pair of stout boots and a week's rations to hand?

The Constitutional Republic is in immeadiate peril.

Call the Muster!

Anon ... Mike and many of us stand by principles. The wisdom of the bible and the founders will serve us well.

Mike keep up the good work. References to scripture point to well thought out and sound authority that is always good. At least if you accept the authority as authentic. In the case of the Bible, I personally accept it as sound authority... In Liberty, Dan

Samson slew a thousand Philistines with the jawbone of an ass.

That weapon has now become the favorite suicide method for politicians.

Greetings, and God bless.

The Bible verses and founding father quotes aren't for the tyrants. They're for us.

Men and women in Ct. should consider themselves so honored as to the possibility of sharing in the same fate as our founding fathers AND THE SAME OUTCOME. In the same breath, forever to be mentioned along side all the patriots before us! "If God be with us, who can be against us"?

Throwing Bible verses and Founding Father quotes at tyrants *IS* a waste of time.

They are convinced of their own superiority. They think that humans rights are granted by "those more enlightened".....meaning themselves.

Quoting Patrick Henry or the Book of Isaiah means nothing to them. While doing so may make yourself feel better, all it does is give the tyrants an opportunity to scoff and it gives away who you really are. They don't recognize your moral high ground.

You're not going to change their minds. They don't know, they don't want to know, and they don't care.

They don't want tolerance. They don't want compromise. They don't want to "live and let live".

They want us all DEAD.

Period.

Those are the stakes, folks. It's all or nothing.

Why are some of you so intent on wasting your breath on tyrants?

Bible verses and founding fathers quotes IS NOT a waste of time, in fact, they are necessary. How else do you stir up patriotism? How else does one attain hope and strength here or on the battle field?

One must have something to fight for. I am not ready to fight for pieces of metal and curved pieces of plastic.

I am ready to fight for the rights of our Constitutional Republic, set out over 200 years ago by free men who generally believed in Deity. They left that choice, as most, to the individual.

The metal and plastic are merely tools. How they are wielded and by whom determines the fate of our nation.

If you do not believe that government emanates from the consent of the governed, what is there to believe in?

Patriotic people come in all ages, sexes, denominations, races, and earning capacity. That is why we are together. That is why we will triumph over the power brokers and collectivists. History shows what they have had to offer, and found it wanting. Freedom beats anything else.
