Praxis: Militia Logistics Buying Opportunites Coming.

Global Guerrillas heralds deep cuts in the Pentagon budget.

This should mean two things. First, more veterans available to the armed citizenry. Second, more surplus sold though Government Liquidation.

Truly, it is an ill wind that blows nobody any good.

Certainly, when maintenance costs outweigh readiness, there is a sell off. Liquidation. Depending on the depth of the cuts, there will be liquidation sale, but these will take time to come about. Force restructuring, reallocation of assets, changes in the "culture", mission reassignments, etc.... will need to get moving first. The immediate cuts would be in big ticket items that serve as museum pieces or fodder for the scrap yards.

Yeah, but it'll all be that ACU-camo stuff, which is only good... er, in a parking lot! I know, I know, that can be fixed with a spray can of "Insta-camo" or Rit dye.

@Mattexian:

Speaking of re-coloring ACUs...
Check out this, at AR15.com: a thread on dyed ACUs.

Sounds and looks like dark green RIT dye worked pretty well.
I plan on following that for a while, looks like one of them will be trying it with a brownish color, too, pretty soon.

But without the dye, don't forget the floral couch...

Andrew, re: floral couch,
I remember that, that was pretty funny, pity the desert tan boots gave him away!
